Refund Policy

All swimwear sales are final due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or fit issues. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Preorders

This item is a limited preorder. Estimated ship time is approximately 6 weeks from the date of purchase. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. Preorders cannot be cancelled for refund once production has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@iroi.shop with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without justification, per EU consumer protection law. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Contact hello@iroi.shop to initiate an EU cancellation.
