Preorder Timeline

All current items are limited preorders. Please allow approximately 6 weeks from your order date for your item to be produced and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Free Shipping

Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

Because items are made to order in limited batches, we're unable to expedite production or offer rush shipping at this time. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at hello@iroi.shop.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, delivery times are estimated by the carrier and outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out to us at hello@iroi.shop and we'll help track it down.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
